£116.32 inc. VAT per year. All UK Companies must have two
officers. 1st For Business Ltd. will act as your Company
Secretary or as a Joint Company Secretary to ensure you are
compliant with the Companies Act.
What you receive each year:

Electronic
filing (for speed and efficiency) of most
documents, a deterrent to corporate fraud.
2.
Completion
and electronic filing of your Annual Return
including payment of your fees.
3.
A
file with a complete printout of your completed statutory
records including directors, members, minutes, directors
interests, shareholders, share certificates etc.. The
appropriate page is updated as changes are made.
4.
Completion
of all documents and changes of directors and
shareholders, resolutions, minutes, changes to share capital
etc.
5.
We
keep the statutory records of the Company.

Ensure that the Company meets its legal requirements.

We protect your companies against ID theft. Our NEW COMPANY MINDER™ service will alert us when filings are made against your company at Companies House. Our system works silently in the background keeping watch on your company's public records and advising us when new filings are made. We will also be aware of legitimate filings made by your company without our knowledge, and will provide confirmation that filed accounts have been received by Companies House, avoiding you receiving late filing fees. This service is provided FREE where we act as your Registered Office and Company Secretary (see alongside), for an additional £19.95 per year where we act as your Company Secretary, and for £49.95 per year if you only require COMPANY MINDER.
Registered Office Service What We Provide
Registered Office Service - £116.32 inc.VAT per year. We will act as your Registered Office - This is the 'official' address of your Company in the UK. The Registered Office is used by the Registrar of Companies and the HMRC (Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs) for sending official papers. We will forward on all official mail by first class post or airmail. This service is particularly useful where you do not wish your trading or home address to be shown on the Public Record, or are prevented from doing so as a requirement of your lease. When ordered with our Company Secretary service the total annual price for both services is discounted to £205.63 (inc. VAT) per year (usually £232.64 per annum), and our Company Minder service is provided free of charge.

VAT) per year (usually £232.64 per annum), and our Company Minder service is provided free of charge.
